2025 Distinguished Service Award Nomination Form

Presented at the 2025 Professional Development Conference, the Distinguished Service Awards recognize the continued service and dedication of chamber professionals across Alabama.

Deadline: September 15, 2025

Nomination Criteria:

Completed 10 years of employed service to a local chamber, state chamber, or chamber association. Service does not have to be consecutive years, can be at various organizations, and does not have all have to have been in Alabama.
Additional awards are given upon completion of each additional 5 years of service (15, 20, 25 etc)
